Over the Water │ NEX-7 + Carl Zeiss Biogon T* 35mm F2.0 ZM │ 35mm F4.0 1/640s ISO100This guy stopped to have a chat with me as he returned from a shopping trip on his bicycle . He said that he was happy due to the fact that he was retired, living on a boat and didn't owe anyone any money. As he climbed onto his boat he wished me a nice day and said he hoped I was getting some good shots. What a delightful reaction to a stranger taking photos of your home.

Wonderful portrait. The NEX has some great tones in B+W. Would be great to see some more technical posts on your PP with the NEX, as well as more impressions with M Mount lenses. Any chance of putting it through its paces with a 28mm Elmarit?
Thanks. Your suggestion of writing an article describing my B&W post processing is interesting. It made me realize that much of my process is intuitive; doing step by step what feels right. I would say though that most of the process centers around using various means to get the main subject to stand out. Stay tuned...
As to the Leica 28mm Elmarit: I unfortunately don't have that lens. I was only able to borrow one for a few minutes.
