Airport Abstracts

In Between │ GH2 + Lumix 100-300mm F4.0-5.6 │ 228mm F8.0 1/1250s ISO160I'm at the airport fairly often, but seldom with my telephoto lens and even less frequently while the light is bright enough to use it. So when those two came together, I seized the opportunity to take some aviation abstracts. Here rudders serve as 2-dimensional surfaces that frame or fragment the subject.

I love the pictures where I have to read the caption to find out exactly what it is.

Thanks. Maybe next time I should consider leaving the caption out? Then I'll end up with a picture that won't be equal to a thousand words.
