If I were forced to concentrate on a particular subject matter for any length of time, I would get terribly bored. We're surrounded by so many interesting things, and at one time or another most of them will inspire me to take a photo. That could take the form of abstract, architectural, portrait, street or, as in this case, landscape photography. But the distinctions between the genres are never so clear cut: the Dutch polder landscape also has architectural qualities with its repetitive elements arranged in rows.

I'm really enjoying the shots you are posting that were made with the Hexanon 40mm. It has a nice way of drawing. Do you find it easy to focus with the GH2?
Thanks Jeschke. I'm quite impressed with the images from this Hexanon as well. I have no problem focusing it for static subjects. I do a coarse focus using the non-magnified preview before zooming in to fine tune focus. That works very well in either the EVF or on the LCD. But my keeper rate drops quite a bit with moving subjects, especially with a shallow DOF. Then I often have trouble focusing the lens quickly and accurately enough.
