Torrential Downpour

Carrying an umbrella in my left hand is always a good test to see how suitable a camera's ergonomics and controls are for one handed operation. The GF1 is not optimal; the body is too slippery and a little too heavy, even with the 20mm f/1.7 pancake lens. Anything other than the shutter button and perhaps the adjustment wheel require the left hand to support the camera. But that's holding the umbrella...
